Logins occur at the dedicated URL https://admin.google.com, where admins authenticate using their assigned credentials. Since the administrator account’s email must not terminate in @gmail.com but rather correspond to the managed domain, If an administrator is already signed into a personal or alternative Google account, it becomes necessary to switch accounts to gain appropriate access; this is accomplished by clicking the profile icon at the interface’s upper-right corner and selecting the suitable administrator account. How To Access Google Workspace Administrators

The Google Workspace admin allows you to create, manage, and change users for your corporate email accounts as well as change user passwords.

To access your Google Workspace Admin, follow these steps.

  • Go to: https://admin.google.com
  • Go to your Business Email page.
  • Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant email account.
  • Click Manage at Google.
  • Sign in to your Google Workspace account.

Note: If you are presently connected into another Google account, click the profile image or initial in the top right corner to sign in using your admin email address.

Changing the username and/or display name in Google Workspace

You may change a Google Workspace user’s display name (first and last name) and/or email username in the Google Workspace Admin panel.
Use these procedures to modify a user’s username and/or display name in Google Workspace.

  • Go to Business Email in your Wix account.
  • Click the More Actions icon.
  • Click Manage at Google.
  • Sign in to your Google Workspace account:
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click Next.
  • Enter the password.
  • Click Sign In.
  • Click Users.
  • Click the Rename icon next to the relevant user.
  • Edit the user details.
  • Click Rename user.

Google Workspace: Resetting a Workspace User’s Password

As the administrator of the company email account, you have the ability to reset a Workspace user’s password if they forget it. Only administrators are able to do this.
Use these procedures to change a Workspace user’s password.

  • Go to your Business Email page.
  • Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant business email.
  • Click Manage at Google.
  • Sign in to your Google Workspace account:
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click Next.
  • Enter the password.
  • Click Sign In.
  • Note: If you are signed in to another Google account, click the profile image or initial at the top right and select your account.
  • Click Users.
  • Hover over the relevant user and click the Reset password.
  • Select Automatically generate a password or Create password.
  • Click Reset.
  • (Optional) Click Email Password, enter an email address to send the password to, and click Send.
  • Click Done.

Flexible to Annual/Fixed-Term Plan

  • You can switch from the Flexible Plan to the Annual/Fixed-Term Plan anytime in the Admin console. When you switch, you must make an annual upfront payment.
